What to Expect

This is an interactive and thoughtfully guided evening designed to spark clarity, creativity, and connection. Together, we’ll move through a series of immersions, reflective moments, and small-group conversations that support you in:

• Exploring what 2026 is asking of you as a LeadHer
• Reconnecting with your values, strengths, and inner authority
• Engaging in uplifting, supportive, and enriching conversations with like-minded ambitious LeadHers
• Nourishing appies and refreshments that fuel your body and soul
• Gathering insights, ideas, and energy that will shape your year ahead

You can expect a blend of coaching-inspired prompts, intention-setting opportunities, reflective practices, and collaborative learning, all offered in a fluid, intuitive format that meets you where you’re at.

This is not a traditional workshop, its part vision-board craft night meets inner compass activation. Either way you can look forward to reconnecting with what’s most important to you; your truest self; the deepest inner knowing that informs and guides you.
